We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations, manage technical teams, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance, repair, overhaul, and fabrication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and manpower allocation.
- Lead supervisors, foremen, technicians, and support staff.
- Plan and monitor maintenance, repair, and fabrication activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with HSE and company procedures.
- Monitor productivity, equipment utilization, and workshop performance.
- Manage inventory, spare parts, tools, and workshop resources.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or related Engineering field.
8+ years of workshop, maintenance, or industrial operations experience.
3+ years in a supervisory or management position.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Marine, Shipyard, Oil & Gas, Power, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial Maintenance sectors preferred.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
