Job Details:

Manage daily operations of the maintenance workshop to ensure smooth and efficient performance of heavy machinery.

Plan and organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Handle spare parts procurement, control inventory, and manage workshop resources effectively.

Manage petty cash and prepare regular operational and financial reports.

Supervise workshop staff, assign duties, and ensure proper workflow within the team.

Monitor equipment performance and take actions to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Ensure all activities follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop operations.

Maintain proper coordination between technical teams and management.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in managing workshops for vehicles, heavy transport, or construction equipment.

Good understanding of budget control, inventory management, and operational planning.

Experience in team supervision and leadership roles.

Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
