#Must have 3-5 years of uae experience on managing an automotive service department or related operation.
Job Responsibilities.
1.Manage service department employees, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operations
2.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience, from appointment scheduling and vehicle drop-off to final vehicle delivery, by maintaining open communication and delivering exceptional service
3.Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departmental managers to ensure efficient coordination and communication between departments
4.Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and dealership policies related to service department operations, including safety, environmental, and customer service standards
5.Provide guidance, training, and support to service department employees to improve performance, develop skills, and enhance career growth opportunities
6.Monitor service department performance through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed to improve results
7.Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to minimize loss and promote profitability
8.Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote service department business and increase revenue

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
