Job Purpose:
The Senior Workforce Planning Executive plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the organization&aposs workforce structure. This position involves coordinating and documenting organizational charts, and recruitment plans. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to gather and validate workforce requirements, support the annual budgeting process, and ensure all related tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. He/she ensures that all workforce planning activities align with organizational changes and recruitment needs, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, document, update, and maintain organization charts.
Support strategic alignment review exercises and change management related to organization and job design.
Ensure all required templates and documents for workforce planning are completed and updated as needed.
Liaise with line departments to gather information for workforce planning and document it for budgeting and recruitment processes.
Coordinate and follow through on validated workforce plans and requests for annual budgeting exercises.
Execute resourcing plans, review CVs, shortlist candidates, manage the offer process, and liaise with recruitment and outsourcing agencies.
Develop, track, and report on KPIs for workforce and recruitment processes.
Identify workforce needs and vacancies, and develop recruitment programs.
Keep abreast of regional and international HR workforce planning trends and recommend improvements.
Facilitate promotion/salary increment requests and liaise with HODs for necessary approvals.
Assist in developing the HR workforce planning budget.
Continuously report on OD and workforce planning activities to keep top management informed.
Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure and recommend changes for efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and employment of personnel.
Experience writing contracts, agreements, and other typical HR documents.
Experience in the Middle East and working with HR departments in the ME is preferred.
