Workflow Automation Engineering

key Accountability:

1. 1. Automation Development Support:

• Assist in building workflow automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and n8n
• Support development of automation components and reusable workflows
• Participate in testing, debugging, and validation of automation solutions
• Collaborate with developers and architects to understand automation frameworks

2. Proof of Concept (PoC) Development:

• Support experimentation with new automation technologies and tools
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using automation and AI tools
• Assist in validating feasibility of new automation opportunities
• Document findings and technical learnings from PoC initiatives

3. Workflow Automation & Agentic Automation Enablement:

• Learn and experiment with workflow orchestration platforms such as n8n
• Assist in building integrations between automation platforms and cloud AI services
• Support development of agent-based automation workflows using modern automation technologies
• Participate in integration testing across multiple automation platforms

4. Process Analysis & Automation Feasibility:

• Support Automation Analysts in documenting business processes
• Assist in analyzing processes for automation suitability
• Participate in process walkthrough sessions with business stakeholders
• Help prepare process documentation and automation feasibility assessments

5. Automation Platform Learning & Continuous Development:

• Learn enterprise automation platforms including UiPath and workflow orchestration tools
• Participate in internal training programs and knowledge sharing sessions
• Study automation best practices, development standards, and governance models
• Contribute to improving automation knowledge within the team

• Basic understanding of programming or scripting concepts
• Interest in automation technologies and workflow orchestration tools
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of process automation concepts
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies
