Workflow Automation Assistant Jobs in Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates at Arabian Private Holdings
Title: Workflow Automation Assistant
Company: Arabian Private Holdings
Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
About the role
This position exists to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure data and our internal advisory workflows. As our client manages large-scale infrastructure and related capital projects, they require a consistent flow of information to inform our strategic views. You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical systems supporting these mandates operate without friction.
About Arabian Private Holdings
We founded this firm on the principle that critical business problems do not require massive teams or bloated methodologies. Instead, we provide principal-led advice to family groups and government entities facing complex governance or strategy questions. We operate with a small, focused team that prioritizes clarity of thought over traditional office overhead. Our remote structure allows us to concentrate on the quality of our analysis and the strength of the relationships we build with our clients. We focus on clarity over complexity, ensuring that every project receives direct attention from the people accountable for the final results.
What you will do
- Map existing manual steps within our mandate delivery process and identify areas where simple technical automation can improve performance.
- Configure and maintain connections between our research databases and internal reporting tools to ensure data stays current.
- Support the data intake process for our infrastructure client by setting up logic-based triggers for document reviews and updates.
- Monitor automated workflows daily to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot minor logic errors as they arise.
- Create clear documentation for each automation so that principals can understand the logic behind the data flow.
- Assist in the migration of legacy tracking systems into modern, integrated productivity platforms that support our remote work.
- Prepare summary reports on operating model efficiency to help the team refine their approach to client projects.
- Collaborate with the AIS team to test new internal tools before they are deployed across the firm.
What we are looking for
- A high degree of curiosity regarding how different software platforms communicate with one another through APIs and connectors.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely, explaining technical logic in plain English without using unnecessary jargon.
- A logical mindset that can break down a complex task into a series of repeatable, digital steps.
- Basic familiarity with common productivity tools and an interest in learning automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive corporate information or complex infrastructure data sets.
- A disciplined approach to work, with the ability to manage your own schedule in a fully remote environment.
How we work
We operate as a fully remote firm, which places a high premium on written communication and self-management. There are no offices to commute to, and we do not use presence as a proxy for performance. We value colleagues who can work independently while staying aligned with the firm broader objectives. Mentoring happens through direct collaboration on active mandates, where you will see firsthand how strategic decisions are made at the highest levels of corporate governance. This structure requires a professional approach to the workday and a commitment to transparency in all communications.
What the role offers
- A permanent, full-time position within a growing advisory firm focused on portfolio clarity.
- A competitive salary that is attractive for the current market and entry-level requirements.
- Exposure to high-level corporate strategy and governance projects for major infrastructure groups.
- The flexibility and autonomy of a completely remote working arrangement.
- Direct access to firm principals who provide guidance and professional mentorship.
- A professional environment that values rigorous analysis and honest, independent advice.
