Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to support our Bid Management, Marketing, and Content Writing functions. This role offers hands-on experience in proposal development, brand communication, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management:
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain bid trackers and documentation
- Marketing:
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in creating presentations and marketing collateral
- Content Writing:
- Develop and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging
- Proofread and optimize content for clarity and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Prior Internship experience in similar industry is preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
- Availability to join immediately
