HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Wood Polisher cum Painting Foreman with 3-5 years of UAE experience in the joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise wood polishing, PU finishing, staining, varnishing, and spray painting works.
- Ensure high-quality finishing of furniture and joinery products.
- Lead and coordinate the polishing and painting team to meet production deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify finishing defects.
- Maintain finishing materials, tools, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UAE experience in wood polishing and furniture/joinery finishing.
- Strong knowledge of PU polish, melamine, lacquer, wood stains, and spray painting.
- Experience in supervising polishing and painting teams.
- Ability to deliver high-quality finishes and meet project timelines.
