JOB PURPOSE:
Implementations of effective compliance program to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Acts as the primary interface between Compliance and Wholesale and responsible for monitoring and reporting results of the compliance and ethics efforts of the supported Wholesale providing guidance on matters relating to compliance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS:
Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the Program.
Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization.
Awareness of applicable laws & regulations.
Acts as an independent review and evaluation body.
Understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
+4 Years’ experience in Banking industry.
Background and knowledge of SAMA regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively.
