About the Role: ConsultantHSS (CHSS), a leading engineering consultancy established in the UAE since 2003, is seeking a qualified Infrastructure Engineer (Wet Utilities) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of critical utility networks while ensuring strict compliance with local authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate designs for water supply, irrigation, sewerage, and stormwater drainage networks.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Abu Dhabi (AUH) regulations, industry standards, and specific utility authority requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process for authority approvals and permits.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and constructability issues.
- Provide technical support during project phases, including design review, construction, and commissioning.
Key Requirements:
- Location: This position is only open to applicants currently residing in the UAE.
- Notice Period: Applicants must be available to join within 1 month or less.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering and utility projects, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the UAE construction/engineering industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in wet utility design/review and deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority regulations and approval processes.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
