We are seeking an experienced *Head of Compliance* to join our growing team in the *UAE*.
*Requirements:*
✔️ Bachelor's degree with *5+ years* of relevant compliance experience, *or*
✔️ *10+ years* of relevant compliance experience without a university degree.
✔️ Professional certification such as *CISI* (or equivalent) is preferred.
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
✔️ Experience working with regulatory authorities, including the *UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)*, is an advantage.
