Handle accounts related to properties, projects, and real estate assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with management to support strategic financial decisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting within the real estate development sector.
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, properties, and related financial activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
