Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Qatar experience in Construction (Mandatory)
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce welfare
- Ras Laffan experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage worker welfare, accommodation, and well-being
- Handle grievances and workforce support
- Coordinate with site team for smooth workforce management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards
Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per hour
