We are a catering company in Dubai and we are urgently looking for UAE experienced and hardworking Sales Manager- Catering and Event Management
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.
Responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and negotiating contracts for catering services.
Understanding clients’ needs and preferences.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event execution.
Building long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Collaborating with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
Conducting site visits and tastings for potential clients.
Coordinating event details, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics.
Leading and managing a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Providing training and support to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Identifying new market opportunities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in any management/ marketing
– Minimum 3 years of sales experience in UAE in managerial role – handling a small CSR, sales Team. Experience in events or catering is an added advantage
– Driving licence and drives is mandatory
