Welder Jobs in Dubai at Sign Media and Fixtures LLC -Fz
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication details, and technical specifications.
- Cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components according to project requirements.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment safely.
- Repair or modify metal structures and fabricated items as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with the fabrication and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of welding experience, preferably in interior fit-out, joinery, or metal fabrication.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and metal finishing.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding certification or relevant trade qualification.
- Experience working on custom metal furniture, architectural metalwork, or interior fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum fabrication.
