Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll management, WPS (Wage Protection System), advanced Excel functions, and visa cancellation processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and payroll processing, with advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), WPS compliance, and Oracle HR systems. Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration & WPS:
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, with a focus on WPS compliance.
Maintain accurate records of employees’ working hours, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Handle WPS submissions, ensuring correct processing of employee wages in line with UAE labor laws.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Visa Cancellation & Employee Documentation:
Manage visa cancellations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and timely processing of all necessary paperwork.
Maintain up-to-date records of employees’ visa status, and assist with visa renewals and other immigration-related tasks.
Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of employee documentation, including labor contracts, visa-related paperwork, and other regulatory requirements.
HR Generalist Support:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and helping with candidate selection.
Support employee onboarding, ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork and understand company policies.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
Advanced Excel Reporting:
Prepare and manage HR and payroll reports using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
Analyze and report on HR metrics, including payroll data, employee attendance, and turnover rates.
Create data-driven insights to help HR leadership make informed decisions.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system (preferably Oracle), ensuring data integrity and privacy.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development tracking.
Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and other HR programs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on payroll, WPS, and visa cancellation processes.
Hands-on experience with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Knowledge of Oracle HR systems or other HRIS platforms is preferred.
