Wedding Planner Assistant
As a wedding planner assistant, you will work closely with our team to plan and execute beautiful and memorable weddings for our clients. This position is based in Al-Rayyan and is open to Indian nationals without requiring proficiency in English or prior experience in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with client consultations
- Venue research and selection
- Vendor coordination
- Budget management
- Invitation design
- Event day coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating updates to clients throughout the planning process
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. A biometric passport is required for travel outside of Al-Rayyan for destination weddings.
