Part Time Wedding Planner (Malayalee) in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a talented and creative Part Time Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Malayalee wedding planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation with clients to the execution of the event.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Provide recommendations for venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as promised
- Manage all on-site logistics on the day of the wedding
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
Requirements
- Must be Malayalee and based in Doha, Qatar
- No prior experience is required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
