Job Title:
Wedding Planner – Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and creative Wedding Planner tojoin our teamin Al-Rayyan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the process of planning and organizing weddings from start to finish. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that all clients’ requirements are met.
Ideally, you should have prior experience in wedding planning or event management and a good understanding of local traditions and customs. You should also be a Pakistani national or reside in Qatar. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure in afast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Research venues, suppliers, and vendors in line with client requirements
Prepare detailed budgets and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost effectiveness
Create timelines for the event leading up to the day of the wedding
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on wedding decoration options
Assist with the selection of catering services, photographers, music bands, entertainers, etc.
Oversee setup on the day of the event and make sure everything is running smoothly
Monitor all costs associated with the event throughout the process
Provide post-event evaluations to ensurecustomer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Manager (minimum 3 years)
A good understanding of local traditions and customs related to weddings
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure in afast-paced environment
Outstandingcommunication skills(verbal & written)
Pakistani nationality or residency in Qatar
