Position: Web3 Sales Engineer

Entangle  is reshaping the blockchain landscape with advanced interoperability and data connectivity solutions. By creating a seamless framework for DApps to interact across various networks, we’re solving one of blockchain’s biggest challenges: the barriers between fragmented ecosystems. Our Photon Messaging Protocol, universal data feeds, and customizable agent network bring high-performance, scalable infrastructure to developers in the DeFi space and beyond.

We’re growing rapidly and looking for a talented individual to support our BD team. We are seeking a Jun+ to Mid Level Sales Engineer  with expertise in Web3 integrations, blockchain technology, and data fundamentals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, driving sales through

effective communication

and

problem-solving

. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to deliver compelling presentations, support complex sales cycles, and ensure

customer satisfaction

.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:  Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries about Web3 technologies and blockchain applications. Sales

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales executives to strategize and execute on complex deals, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product offerings. Solution Development:  Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions that leverage blockchain and Web3 technologies. Demonstrations and Presentations:  Create and deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate the value propositions of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Customer Engagement

:  Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations.

Documentation and Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, BD activities, and technical specifications to inform future strategies.  

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales role, preferably within blockchain or data oracle environments.

Location:

Located in Eurasia. Technical

Skills:

 Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in Web

3. Familiarity with APIs, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and data management principles. Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to

diverse

audiences. Demonstrated capability to address

technical challenges

in real-time during client engagements. Experience working in

cross-functional teams

involving sales, product development, engineering, and customer success.

Preferred Qualifications

– Formal

education

in Computer Science/Applied Informatics or a related field is advantageous but not required.
