Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking a Web and Portal Specialist to manage and optimize our property listings on major real estate platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum visibility, accuracy, and performance of listings to drive lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update property listings across Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.
Optimize listings with high-quality images, descriptions, keywords, and SEO-friendly content to improve rankings and visibility.
Monitor portal performance, analyze data, and generate reports on listing performance, lead conversion rates, and traffic insights.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices to maintain listing integrity and avoid penalties.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align listing strategies with business goals.
Identify trends and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of listings and lead generation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listings, such as rejected ads or incorrect property details.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
