Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily web operations, digital service workflows, and project coordination.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, support teams, clients, and service partners.
- Monitor website updates, service requests, timelines, quality standards, and performance reports.
- Support digital platform improvements, content updates, technical coordination, and client requirements.
- Prepare reports, schedules, documentation, and workflow updates.
- Assist with issue resolution, process improvement, and service quality monitoring.
- Ensure digital service activities follow company procedures and client expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in web operations, digital services, website management, technology support, or project coordination.
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience working with developers, designers, clients, or online service platforms is an advantage.
