Essential Functions:
Developresponsive and userfriendly web interfaces using HTML CSS andJavaScript.
Implement designs and userexperiences created by designers.
Buildserverside logic and databases to ensure seamless integration withthe frontend.
Implement and maintain webapplications ensuring optimalperformance.
Contribute to both frontend andbackend development providing endtoendsolutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers tobridge the gap between design andimplementation.
Ensure consistent functionalityand appearance across different webbrowsers.
Use
version control
systems (e.g.Git) to manage and track changes incode.
Conduct thorough testing of webapplications identifying and resolving bugs andissues.
Debug and troubleshoot problems toensure optimal functionality.
Optimize webapplications for speed scalability and overallperformance.
Implement best practices forefficient code and resourceutilization.
Implement security measures toprotect web applications from vulnerabilities and cyberthreats.
Collaborate with designers UI/UX teamsand other stakeholders to align technical solutions with designconcepts and project requirements.
Maintainthorough documentation of code processes and configurations forfuture reference.
Continuously stay informedabout industry trends technologies and bestpractices.
Adopt new tools and techniques toenhance development processes.
Undertake suchother tasks as and when required by the Chief Technology Officer.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelorsdegree in computer science Web Development or a related field (orequivalent work experience).5 years ofexperience in web development with at least 2 years in a leadershiprole.
Proficiency in frontend languages (HTMLCSS JavaScript) and backend languages (e.g. JavaPHP)
Experience with
frontendframeworks.
Knowledge of database systems suchas MySQL Postgre
SQL or Mongo
DB.Understandingof search engine
optimization
(SEO) practices.
Good understanding and Developmentexperience with Content Management System like Word Press.
Familiarity with
version control
systems particularly
Git.
Ability to create responsive andmobilefriendly web applications.
Understandingof network diagnostics and analyticaltools.
Experience in social media and HTMLemail marketing tools.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills to address challenges in the developmentprocess.
Effective
collaboration
skills to workin crossfunctional teams.
Showcase a portfolioof previous web development projects highlighting technical skillsand problemsolving abilities.
Excellent projectmanagement skills.
Excellent communicationskills in English both written and oral. Arabic language is anadvantage;
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills; and Excellent interpersonalskills.
