Job description
Wealth Support Specialist (3 HC) will be handling customers inquiries over the phone.
Candidates should ideally possess ( Banking Experience is Must)
Knowledge of trading and investment products (Stocks, Forex, Crypto, Derivatives).
Understanding of order types, margin, leverage, and portfolio management concepts.
Ability to support customers on trading platform queries and troubleshoot basic application/system issues.
Knowledge of U.S. market practices, trading hours, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Awareness of KYC, AML, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
Experience in handling customer interactions within a banking, brokerage, or financial services environment
