Position Overview
Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies;
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and company culture;
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management;
Manage training programs and career development initiatives;
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and workplace policies.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires;
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR processes;
Implement and enforce company policies related to workplace behavior, leave, and attendance;
Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture;
Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and performance;
Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with management on employee development plans;
Handle visa processing and employee documentation in coordination with finance and PRO;
Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen company culture.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of HR experience in Real Estate Developer;
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
Experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance and efficiency;
Skilled in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining company culture;
Proactive, creative, and capable of taking initiative in improving HR functions;
Ability to develop and implement effective company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
