WE ARE HIRING – COMPOUND MANAGER (FEMALE ONLY)
A reputed Real Estate Company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly professional and experienced Female Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of residential compounds.
Position: Compound Manager (Female Only)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the compound efficiently
- Handle tenant relations and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on complaints/issues
- Supervise administrative and operational activities within the compound
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle computer-based tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between tenants, maintenance team, and management
- Monitor cleanliness, security, and overall condition of the property
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management
- Strong background in Administration and Customer Care
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, email communication, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally
- Valid QID with NOC preferred
- Immediate joining will be an advantage
