As a tax associate, you will be responsible for supporting the tax department in ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax efficiency for the organization. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines set by regulatory authorities.
Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to provide guidance to the organization on tax planning and compliance matters.
Collaborate with tax managers and senior associates to develop tax planning strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tax-related documentation, including financial statements, tax returns, and correspondence with tax authorities. Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends in the UAE to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the organization and its clients.
Requirements:
M.com
Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and international tax principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
