Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Train supervise motivate and evaluate showroom employees
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure effective workforce management
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards
- Manage daily cash handling revenue reconciliation and related financial procedures
- Order monitor record and manage showroom inventory
- Ensure the showroom is adequately stocked clean organized and visually appealing
- Drive sales performance and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom experience
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Support effective stock control and minimize inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Watch Showroom is mandatory.
- Proven experience in showroom, retail, or sales management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
