Warehouse Team Leader Jobs in Dubai at Vivandi
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on warehouse team leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes, preferably within the FMCG sector, and will be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Create SOPs, lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates/operators to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking, stockouts, and shrinkage.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with SLA and customer/delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and compliance procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems (FIFO/FEFO) for efficient space and inventory utilization, especially critical for FMCG/perishable or fast-moving goods.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and productivity, and report to management.
- Handle the Odoo ERP system for stock updates, order processing, and reporting.
- Manage vendor/transporter coordination for timely inbound and outbound movement.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical concerns to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
Prior experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory/highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation).
Experience supervising a warehouse team (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.).
Familiarity with WMS/ERP/inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume, fast-paced operations.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Office for reporting and data tracking.
Educational Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory (supply chain, logistics, or business administration preferred).

- Immediate joiners only.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/peak periods if required (typical for FMCG warehouse operations).
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
