Warehouse Supervisor-Inbound Jobs in Sharjah at 2XL HOME
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Inbound to join our warehouse team in Sharjah. The role will be responsible for supervising daily inbound operations, managing manpower, ensuring accurate receiving of products, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, GRN processing, ERP/WMS systems, and team supervision, preferably within a furniture, homeware, or retail warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily inbound receiving and warehouse operations.
- Lead and allocate manpower based on daily workload and operational requirements.
- Oversee unloading, checking, receiving, sorting, and put-away of incoming stock.
- Verify received products against purchase orders, delivery notes, and system records.
- Ensure accurate quantity, SKU, product condition, and packaging checks during receiving.
- Ensure timely and accurate GRN processing and system updates.
- Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, damages, wrong items, and other receiving discrepancies.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, scanned, and stored in designated locations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with the Inventory team to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, discipline, and adherence to warehouse procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on receiving and warehouse processes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements, and proper product-handling procedures.
- Support stock counts, cycle counts, audits, and other warehouse activities.
- Prepare daily operational updates and report any major issues or delays to the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on receiving and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience in furniture, homeware, or retail warehouse operations is preferred.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant experience are preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
