We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and lead warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Experience in high-volume warehouse operations.
- Experience in services or distribution is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory control activities.
- Monitor WMS and ERP transactions to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Coordinate replenishment activities and support demand planning requirements.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining agreed service levels.
- Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Track warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure team productivity and development.
