Elite Food is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
Location: Industrial Area, Qatar
Industry: Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatching.
- Manage and organize warehouse activities to ensure efficient flow of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished food products.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate tasks according to operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG manufacturing.
- Experience handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished food products.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
- Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Industrial Area, Qatar.
