Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Sharjah at BABYGROW FZC
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience in HFZA operations to oversee warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, compliance with HFZA regulations, timely order fulfillment, and effective team management while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers and internal departments.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space utilization.
- Handle HFZA documentation and ensure compliance with Free Zone procedures and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with HFZA authorities for inspections, documentation, and warehouse-related approvals when required.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage damaged, expired, and returned inventory according to company procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements, transfers, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervision experience in a distribution or trading company.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Hamriyah Free Zone (HFZA).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Good understanding of inventory control, warehousing best practices, and distribution operations.
- Knowledge of HFZA customs procedures and Free Zone documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
