We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established automotive company in Saudi Arabia, seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, based in KSA, ideal for candidates with strong operational and leadership experience in warehouse management.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely dispatch, and optimal space utilization. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, maintain high safety standards, and support smooth logistics and supply chain functions within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of automotive parts and components.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and documentation.
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and maintain proper warehouse layout, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely parts delivery and availability.
Prepare reports on stock levels, shortages, and warehouse performance metrics.
Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and continuous process improvements.
Who You Are
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and basic computer skills.
Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in warehouse environments.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
