Position Overview
The role requires a detail‑oriented professional to maintain material accuracy in the ERP system, monitor stock levels, perform physical checks, and ensure compliance with ADNOC’s safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and store materials according to purchase orders and HSE guidelines.
- Process receipts, issues, returns, and transfers in ERP; report data mismatches promptly.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify fast‑moving, slow‑moving, and obsolete stock; recommend necessary actions.
- Monitor material conditions, shelf life, and ensure proper labeling and preservation.
- Ensure timely material issuance against approved documents and report unavailability.
- Support shutdown‑related material reservations and coordinate replenishments.
- Maintain store housekeeping and compliance with ADNOC storage procedures.
- Operate forklifts for material loading/unloading as required.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analysis, and audit documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management in oil & gas or large industrial plants.
- Proficient in ERP systems and inventory control practices.
- Knowledge of HSE standards in material handling and storage.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
