Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the operational and financial aspects of our new branch in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, collections, and invoicing, working independently from the logistics team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Warehouse Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in distribution, trade, or warehousing
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems and Excel
- Strong skills in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Integrity and accuracy in handling cash and invoices – essential requirement
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience dealing with suppliers/distributors
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing requirements (ZATCA)
