About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in industrial or construction environments, with a strong understanding of SAP systems and best practices in warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
Utilize SAP systems for inventory management, reporting, and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Proven experience in industrial or construction settings.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
