Warehouse Manager (Arabic Speaker) Jobs in Doha at Wolf Group
Wolf Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient daily workflow.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy while minimizing losses.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Plan and oversee periodic and annual stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive, spare parts, or retail industry is highly preferred.
