Euro Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations, with a key focus on inventory accuracy, workflow optimisation, and safety compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimising the WMS system and ensuring effective coordination between warehouse, logistics, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Monitor and improve KPIs: FIFO, OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost control.
Coordinate with quality and logistics to streamline material flow.
Lead risk mitigation efforts (HSE, loss, damage, theft, sabotage).
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as Warehouse Manager in industrial operations, preferably in Oil & Gas within the UAE.
Proven experience in warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector in the UAE.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 IMS & WMS.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certification in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma (CPIM, CSCP, CSCM) is a plus.
