Lexon Healthcare is a leading home healthcare provider, offering high-quality medical services such as Doctor on Call, Lab Tests at Home, and IV Drip Therapy at the patient’s doorstep. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled Home Healthcare Nurses to join us immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
âž• Premium On-Call Consultations: Deliver high-quality, VIP-level home healthcare services to patients in their residences, ensuring personalized medical care.
âž• Thorough Medical Assessments: Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, offering expert medical advice and holistic treatment plans.
âž• Emergency & Acute Care: Provide immediate urgent care when required, stabilizing patients and coordinating referrals if needed.
âž• IV Therapy & Medical Treatments: Recommend and oversee IV infusions, medication administration, and minor procedures at home.
âž• Patient-Centered Approach: Ensure luxury care experience by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy with every patient interaction.
âž• Collaboration with Medical Team: Work closely with our highly skilled nurses and healthcare staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
âž• Comprehensive Health Management: Educate patients on their conditions, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle modifications for long-term wellness.
âž• Adherence to Medical Standards: Follow DHA protocols and ethical medical practices to maintain compliance and high-quality care.
âž• Maintain Detailed Medical Records: Accurately document diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up recommendations while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
✔ Valid DHA eligibility/license to practice in Dubai.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in general medicine, emergency medicine, or home healthcare.
✔ Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and handle diverse medical cases.
✔ Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends (as per schedule).
✔ Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
✔ Exceptional bedside manner and the ability to provide a high-end, VIP medical experience.
