Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its warehousing operations and ensure efficient inventory management across the business. The organization is committed to maintaining operational excellence while supporting business growth through effective warehouse planning and execution.
The Role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures. Working closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams, the successful candidate will develop warehouse processes that improve productivity while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations and personnel.
- Develop warehouse procedures that improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
- Develop inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse budgets and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
- Lead warehouse improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Manage warehouse equipment and facility maintenance.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of warehouse experience, including management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience implementing warehouse process improvements.
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
