We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee storage, inventory, and distribution operations for our retail business in Sharjah.
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably within retail or FMCG
- Strong inventory control expertise — stock accuracy, cycle counts, reorder levels, and minimizing shrinkage
- Hands-on experience with warehouse/inventory management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/WMS)
- Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound logistics, goods receiving, and order fulfilment
- Team leadership skills, with experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating shifts
- Knowledge of health, safety, and storage compliance standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- UAE experience and valid UAE driving license an advantage
