Foster positive relationships with customers and encourage feedback.
Create engaging promotional videos to showcase our jewelry collections.
collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand messaging.
Utilize excellent communication skills to convey product information and promotions.
Interact with a diverse customer base: fluency in multiple language is a must.
Help maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a jewelry store.
Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality.
Proficiency in multiple language.
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and video production.
Language: English, Tagalog, Hindi, Nepalese
