We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Leasing & Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Department. This role is responsible for driving the leasing and commercial utilization of our warehouse facilities by identifying business opportunities, securing new tenants, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving occupancy, revenue, and business growth targets while supporting the company’s commercial expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and engage prospective tenants, including logistics companies, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and other businesses requiring warehouse space.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations while preparing proposals and lease offers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth lease execution, tenant onboarding, and operational readiness.
- Build strong client relationships, monitor market trends, and achieve monthly and annual leasing and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, logistics sales, property leasing, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse leasing, commercial negotiations, and business development.
