Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Role profile:
Overseeing daily operations at the facility including productivity and customer interaction targets. You ensure efficiency, adherence to process and attention to detail, thus creating a safe, collaborative and organised working environment.
Role requirements:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through delivering a high-quality focused approach to the receipt, handling, dispensing and quality control of materials and products coming into the facility, as well as internal distribution.
Maintenance of paper and electronic files relating to raw materials, packing, semi-finished and finished goods.
Inventory control, stock control and physical count of materials, reconciliation with data storage system.
Ensure compliance with storage requirements for raw materials and products.
Prepare, update and store SOPs relevant to the Warehouse and Supply Chain team with awareness of GMP and EHS guidelines.
Responsible for accurate filing and maintenance of QMS documentation.
Schedule and assign team members to specific work within the warehouse.
Measure productivity and effectiveness of the team, monitor performance.
Lead by example to promote a culture of collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Identify areas for improvement, contribute regularly to team meetings and stakeholder updates.
Your background:
BSc or equivalent in a Science/Technical field such as Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering.
Good understanding of GDP, cGMP and proven experience of working with QMS protocols.
Strong pharmaceutical industry experience (or closely related technical area), demonstrating a strong dedication to quality standards and commercial acumen
In addition, you will be highly solutions-oriented, able to act with urgency without compromising quality and bring well-developed influencing and negotiation skills.
