Rgheeb is currently seeking a meticulous and reliable Warehouse Keeper to join our operations team. The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of goods within our warehouse. This role plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating the timely delivery of products. Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse to optimize storage space and facilitate easy access.
Prepare and coordinate the shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including data entry into the warehouse management system.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
