Warehouse Keeper Jobs in Sharjah at Enata Industries FZE
Reporting to : Supply Chain Supervisor
**Inventory & Stock Management**
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
* Store goods in designated locations with proper labeling and tracking.
* Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or manual systems.
* Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
* Ensure availability of material and spare parts.
**Warehouse Operations**
* Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy identification and retrieval of items.
* Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts upon material requisition form and according to procedure.
* Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department of re-order requirements.
* Handle proper packaging, labeling, and preservation of goods to avoid damage or deterioration.
**Documentation & Reporting**
* Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports for management.
* Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded in line with company procedures and ISO standards.
**Health, Safety & Compliance**
* Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials, especially hazardous or sensitive items.
* Comply with company safety rules, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.
**Coordination & Communication**
* Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for delivery schedules.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure material availability.
* Support logistics in loading and dispatching finished goods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse / Storekeeper: 2 years (Required)
