Supervise and coordinate the packing team to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of goods.
Ensure that all products are packed in accordance with quality standards and company guidelines.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Check incoming products for quality and freshness before packing.
Ensure proper labeling of all products, including weights, expiration dates, and product information.
Conduct regular quality checks on packed products to ensure they meet customer and regulatory standards.
Handle and resolve any packing-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies.
Train and mentor new packing staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
