Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse activities including material receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, inventory control, and dispatch documentation. Ensure accurate ERP transactions, proper material traceability, and timely support to production and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, quantities, and specifications.
- Process warehouse transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, returns, picking, and dispatch in ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate material issuance to production and ensure correct quantities, references, and documentation.
- Prepare dispatch documents including packing lists, delivery notes, and transfer records.
- Investigate and report shortages, damages, discrepancies, and documentation issues.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, segregation, and traceability of materials.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Team Leader, Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Follow all safety requirements related to material handling, storage, forklifts, cranes, and fragile materials.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, storekeeping, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions; JD Edwards experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of warehouse receiving, storage, material issuing, and dispatch processes.
- Good Excel, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle glass, aluminum profiles, and other industrial materials is preferred.
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
