ZMI Holdings is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
Control all movements by recording receipts and delivery notes.
To log all goods received from suppliers into the inventory system.
Ensure that the consumables database is updated regularly.
To maintain the Inventory System to ensure optimum operation for all users.
To assist all employees utilizing the Inventory System where necessary
To ensure that Inventory System database is updated regularly.
Service of equipment – to ensure that all internal issues and returns to be logged and any unserviceable equipment to be reported to the maintenance subcontractor and operations department.
To maintain security of stores area by restricting access to the enclosed areas.
Ensures security of containers being packed for exports.
To contribute to team efforts by accomplishing all required tasks in a timely manner
To ensure that stores are always kept neat & tidy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics coordination (preferably in the marine or offshore industry).
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Computer skills, MS-Word, and MS-Excel
Minimum 2 years of related experience handling the stocks and warehouse
